We view development as a learning process that requires constant structure. Players need to develop at their own pace. The overall process is a marathon, not a sprint.
In terms of development, the future is now in teaching a young man important life lessons both on and off the ice. Realistically, Pro Star plays a small role in the overall development of a player. We reinforce the values put forth by parents, teachers, extended family and coaches. However, we don’t minimize our role.
