'95 "AAA" Elite Camp
August 15th to August 20th, 2010

The Pro Star "AAA" '95 Elite Camp is designed for the serious and committed
hockey player. Pro Star's main objective is to challenge each athlete to be a better
person and player at the end of camp. Our philosophy is to create a learning yet
competitive atmosphere.
High-tempo on-ice sessions, controlled scrimmages and games at night, combined with
off-ice seminars and team-building excercises complete a 5-step process. This process
allows our staff to work with the players on important aspects of the game, both
on and off the ice.
Introducing the technical and tactical aspects of the game at a young age is extremely
beneficial for development. In today's game there is much emphasis put into positional
play and it's important that player's understand how to support the puck.
This camp will focus on several aspects of the game, both offensively and defensively:
- High-tempo flow drills
- Situational rushes
- Offensive attack options
- Three zone play
- Defensive zone coverage
- Shooting , passing, and scoring
- Back-checking drills
- Angling
- Body checking
- Read-and-react drills
- Controlled scrimmages
